San Diego Language Academy (SDLA) is committed to ensuring the privacy and accuracy of

your confidential information. SDLA will not share your personal information with third parties

and it will be used only for the purposes of providing learning services.

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract and will be destroyed at the

end of the contract.

We only collect the information you give us with your consent and we only require the minimum

of personal information necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us.

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland

or the United Kingdom (UK), we comply with EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and we are

complaint with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). No matter where you are,

where you live  or what your citizenship is, we provide a high standard to privacy

protection to all our students around the world, regardless of their country of origin or location.

 

If you reside in California, you may have legal rights with respect to your personal data,

including those set forth under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a

California resident, you can request information we have collected about you in the previous

twelve months and the reason we collected it. SDLA is prohibited from discriminating against

California consumers that choose to exercise their privacy-related rights under the CCPA.
